If you are searching for a deeper relationship with God, and want to become part of a supportive Christian family, come and see what God is up to at Hosanna!
Hosanna offers a Lutheran liturgical worship service in a warm and informal atmosphere at 10:00am each Sunday. Dress is casual.
Plenty of parking is available all around the building. Main entrances are toward the back of the property on both the north and south sides of the building.
Greeters will be present at each of the main entrances to answer any questions you might have. A guest book is nearby that we hope you will sign on your first visits.
A nursery is available from 8:30am until after worship for very young children. Older children can participate as worship assistants, and have the option of attending Kid's Church during the sermon time.
Ushers will give you a bulletin and any songbook you will need as you enter the worship area. For those who are able, we do sit and stand often throughout the service. Don't feel uncomfortable if you want to stay seated.
The service lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
Hymns may be traditional or contemporary. Occasionally we sing — badly but very enthusiastically – in other languages.
Communion is open to all worshippers. You may pick up an individual cup from one of the baskets at the front of the aisle or drink from the common cup. If you prefer grape juice instead of wine, please take a red slip (located beside the communion cups) and take it with you to the rail so servers see your preference. If you would like, you can also come to the communion rail or bring small children simply for a blessing.
Our coffee pot is on before and after the worship service, so please feel free to stay for fellowship.
