Within Hosanna

The mission of Hosanna is "Serving God, Changing Lives."

One way in which we strive to live out this mission is by serving members in need within the congregation.

Funeral Care Team — Provides food, hospitality, and other services to grieving families who have funeral services at Hosanna.

Men of Hosanna Care Packages — Sent annually as support to college students and to those in the military.

Mulkey Scholarships — The JOHN AND NANCY MULKEY ENDOWMENT was created to assist career motivated Hosanna Lutheran Church high school seniors and undergraduate students to attend college (or to continue their studies), with emphasis on those students who have financial need. Members help raise funds to support the Mulkey Endowment through an annual dinner with silent and live auction items.

Transportation — Members who need transportation on Sunday mornings or at other times can call on others for a ride.

Visitation — In addition to pastoral visits, other members often visit those who are home-bound or hospitalized.

Sharing God's Gifts Survey

At Hosanna, “everyone is a minster, serving with joy.”  We want to “invite and welcome all people” to serve as they most want and are best able.  For this purpose, Pam Wells has created a survey called “Sharing God’s Gifts.”  You can complete and submit the survey online at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Time_Talents.  Download a PDF copy here or print copies are available in the church office.

Thank you for serving at Hosanna!
